1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using DailyCelebsHub (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
2. The Site
DailyCelebsHub publishes entertainment and culture journalism and commentary, including Bollywood news, Indian celebrity coverage, South cinema features, reviews, and related pop culture content. Material is provided for general informational and editorial purposes. Content may be updated, corrected, scheduled, archived, or removed at any time.
Entertainment reporting may include developing stories, unverified industry chatter, and opinion. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use or rely on Site content.
3. Operator
The Site is operated by Vedbit Technologies Private Limited (“Vedbit”, “we”, “us”), online at vedbit.com. References to “we” in these Terms mean Vedbit in its capacity as operator of DailyCelebsHub.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s text, design, logos, trademarks, and original media are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view pages and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, frame, train AI systems on, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except where a mandatory legal exception (such as fair dealing/fair use) applies.
Brand assets and the DailyCelebsHub name may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, APIs, or data
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, rate limits, or other users
- Submit spam, malware, impersonation, scrapes of personal data, or abusive content through comments, the contact form, newsletter endpoints, or any other channel
- Harvest content or personal information in a way that burdens our infrastructure or violates others’ rights
- Misrepresent your identity when submitting comments or contact inquiries
We may refuse, remove, or restrict submissions and may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
6. User submissions
If you send information through the contact page, comment forms, newsletter subscribe/unsubscribe flows, or email, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and process that material as needed to operate the Site, moderate content, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not want us to receive.
Comments are moderated. Approval for publication is discretionary. Your comment email remains private; approved display name and body may appear publicly on the related post.
You represent that your submissions are lawful, that you have the rights needed to submit them, and that they do not infringe others’ rights.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party websites and relies on service providers such as Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Resend (email when configured), Google (Analytics, when enabled), and Microsoft (Clarity, when enabled). We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR ₹1,000) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR USING THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedbit and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (including blocking abusive IPs or rejecting submissions) at any time, including if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived, courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the public Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Site.
